VANCOUVER IN-CLINIC PICKUP
You will be contacted after placing your order to schedule a date and time for your pick up. Please allow up to 48hours after placing your order. Wait times may be even longer for orders placed during our sale period. Please note this is only available in Vancouver. If you are in Edmonton, please contact the clinic directly to place an order. Online orders can't be picked up in Edmonton.

SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS
We cannot ship ZO Skin Health to Ontario or any areas outside of Canada. Any orders placed within these areas will be refunded. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be completed.
