Body Glow IPL

The Body Glow uses Intense pulsed light (IPL) technology to perform various skin treatments for aesthetic and therapeutic purposes.

 

The Body Glow uses intense pulsed light (IPL) to encourage your skin to produce collagen, which can help minimize broken capillaries, sun spots, blemishes, redness and other anomalies, as well as fine lines, wrinkles and scars. The IPL device is gently pressed on the skin and emits intense light focused on the treatment areas.

 

The main benefit of at the Body Glow IPL is an even skin tone for a smoother more even complexion

For the Best Outcome:

We recommend 4-6 treatments spaced 6 weeks apart. Another tip – avoid sun exposure 4 weeks before this procedure and always wear sunscreen post treatment! This is best done in the winter months.

 

Downtime:

Zero downtime. You will have darkening spots of the pigmented spots for roughly 10-14 days and will need to stay out of the sun for minimum three weeks and wear sunscreen daily for at least six weeks.

 

A patch test will be required 24 hours before your appointment. Please call the clinic to book a test patch before booking an appointment.
