Cancellation policy & late arrival / rescheduling protocol
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice in advance of your appointment time, after which you are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
Booking protocol
To secure your appointment, we kindly request a valid credit card to be on file, which will be collected over the phone. Please ensure you have your card details readily available when scheduling your appointment. Additionally, we require all consent forms to be signed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm the booking.
