When we created The Vanity Lab we did so because we believe that everyone should be able to take care of their skin and have the confidence that loving your skin brings. The same way you would get your hair or nails done you should be able to get facial or laser treatments done without having to spend thousands of dollars. This is why we created The Vanity Lab. No our deals are not too good to be true, we are just not taking advantage of our customers. This industry is full of two types of places. Outrageously priced doctors offices that most women can not afford to go to regularly or budget medi spas just looking to make a quick dollar rather than deliver results/ build patient relationships. We had a dream to fill a void in the Vancouver market and that’s exactly what we have done. We provide amazing treatments in a clean, fresh, fun and personal environment. Now you don’t have to sell your first born child to be able to afford the skin you have dreamed of!
We also believe that with all of the skin care options out there (most of which are not worth the time of day) you should have a place where you can go that you can trust that the medical aesthetician advising you knows, down to a molecular level, how the products work and which products individuals need. We are never going to push product on you because a brand rep tells us it’s great or because we are trying to make a sale. If we don’t carry a particular product, no matter how trendy, there is a reason.
When we have patients break down in tears because no longer having to live with sever acne or scaring has changed their lives or receive letters thanking us for helping them find their new found confidence, we know we have accomplished what we have set out to do from day one. We will never compromise that.
