Equalizing Toner – Exfoliating Skin Toner
1. Apply a small amount of this exfoliating toner onto a cotton ball and smooth over cleansed face, neck and chest areas.
2. For morning use, finish routine with a vitamin C serum and sunscreen.
3. For evening use, finish routine with a corrective product or moisturizer.
