Microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo placed in thin, hair-like strokes to mimic eyebrow hairs.
Tiny little needles are used to open shallow hair like channels in the skin in which pigment is placed that is matched to existing hair colour. Microblading treats thinning, uneven, and misshaped eyebrows due to hair loss, over-plucking, damage to the hair, or scars.
For the Best Outcome:
Two sessions are needed spaced 4 weeks apart. Touch ups are then required every 9 months to 2 years depending on skin type and lifestyle.
The first 24 hours your brows may feel swollen and tight. You will need to keep your brows dry for 10 days as they scab and heal – no creams, makeup, sweating, sunshine, soaps, or water. As the strokes are little tiny cuts they will scab and fall off and can look patchy.
