We are looking for someone who is passionate about the industry and has experience working in a fast passed medical aesthetic environment.

• Excellent ability to multitask and keep up in a faced paced environment
• Confident and knowledgeable
• Experienced in a administrative role in the Medical and Medical Aesthetics industry
• Computer savvy and able to learn and adapt to new systems with ease

Requirements

• Minimum 2-years experience in a Patient Coordinator/ MOA role
• Must be available to work on weekends, evenings and flexible to adapt to the schedule
• Experienced with Janeapp booking system
• Medical aesthetic knowledge and experience
• Organized and strong at multi-tasking
• Must be available evenings and weekends

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing bookings of doctors and technicians
• Taking calls and booking appointments
• Responding to email queries and providing detailed information on various procedures
• Managing billings and daily cashouts
• Welcoming and checking out patients
• Stock control
• Capturing of daily data
• Set up doctors rooms each day
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene
• Restock injectable rooms before and after each doctor shift
• Ensure all patients have completed necessary consent forms before continuing with treatment
• Prepare injectable products for each appointments
• Provide aftercare advice to patients after each appointment
• Inform patients of rewards programmes offered by various suppliers
• Assist with taking before and after images
• Record notes for each treatment
• Dispose of needles safely and appropriately
• Manage doctors time efficiently
• Have a full understanding of the injectable treatments offered
