06 Feb Microblading: What it is and why you want to do it.
The quest for the perfect brow is very, very real. Not everyone is blessed with the perfectly shaped, fluffy & thick brows that our clinic director Bob has… but microblading will help you achieve that.
Eyebrows are one of the most defining features of the face and have become a huge player in recent beauty trends. Whether you prefer yours thick and bold or arched and precise, it seems that everyone is obsessed with having their “brow game” on point.
So What is Microblading?
Microblading is a 2-step process, usually 4-6 weeks apart. It is a semi-permanent brow treatment that uses a manual, handheld tool with needles attached that are fused together in a linear grouping. These very fine needles deposit pigment into the epidermis, replicating hair strokes by following the natural growth of your hair, giving you a flawless, fuller brow. For clients with little to no natural hair growth we are able to create and build a brow from scratch using tools to find where they should be symmetrically in your face.
Everyone is colour matched to find their perfect pigment, using expertise to modify the pigment colour to balance each clients undertone. During your appointment, expect to be there for up to 2 hours. This is approximately how long it takes for your microblading specialist to create the perfect shape and colour for you.
At The Vanity Lab, we offer complimentary consultations to all prospective clients. We understand the procedure can be slightly intimidating and want to ensure you feel comfortable and excited when booking your microblading appointment. All questions and concerns will be addressed during your consultation, and if you are ready to wake up with perfect brows everyday, book yours now!
